Introducing Caregiver’s Phone Number and Enhanced Call Management

We are thrilled to announce the launch of several new features that will significantly enhance your call management experience. These updates include the introduction of a caregiver's phone number for emergency call notifications, refined call categorization, and advanced caller blocking capabilities. Let's dive into the details!

Caregiver’s Phone Number for Emergency Notifications

One of the most anticipated features is the ability to add a caregiver's phone number. This feature ensures that all emergency call notifications are forwarded to a designated caregiver, providing an extra layer of safety and peace of mind.
How It Works:
  • Navigate to your profile settings.
  • Enter the caregiver’s phone number in the designated field.
  • All emergency call notifications will now be automatically forwarded to this number.
This feature is particularly useful for those who care for elderly or vulnerable individuals, ensuring they are promptly informed about any emergencies.

Enhanced Call Categorization

To improve call management, we have separated the calls list into two distinct categories:
  1. Scam and Spam Calls: Easily identify and manage calls that are likely fraudulent or unwanted.
  1. Legit, Trustworthy, or Missing Info Calls: Keep track of genuine calls or those with incomplete information.
This separation helps you focus on important calls while minimizing distractions from scam and spam calls.

Advanced Caller Blocking

Managing unwanted calls has never been easier with our new caller blocking features. Users can now block certain callers directly through a "block" reply message or via the dashboard when marking a call as spam or scam. Additionally, you can view and manage your blocked callers list from the dashboard.
How to Block Callers:
  • Via Reply Message: When receiving a call, reply with the "block" message.
  • Via Dashboard: Mark the call as spam or scam, and the number will be added to your blocked callers list.
You can also view and manage all blocked callers from the "Blocked Callers" tab in your dashboard.

Conclusion

These new features are designed to provide you with more control and security over your calls. By introducing the caregiver’s phone number for emergency notifications, enhanced call categorization, and advanced caller blocking, we aim to improve your overall experience and ensure you stay connected to what matters most.
Try out these new features today and take advantage of the enhanced functionality. We look forward to your feedback and are committed to continually improving your experience with our service.
