2. Description of Service

ScammerBlock provides an AI-powered call screening service that helps protect users from spam, scam, and unwanted calls. Our service screens incoming calls from unknown numbers, provides call transcripts and summaries, and identifies potential threats.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your phone number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Call Forwarding and Screening

5.1 Service Setup

To use our Service, you must set up call forwarding from your mobile device to forward unknown incoming calls to our screening service. You are responsible for any carrier charges that may apply for call forwarding.

5.2 Call Recording and Transcription

Our Service records and transcribes screened calls to provide you with call summaries and threat level assessments. By using the Service, you consent to the recording and processing of these calls.

5.3 Limitations

While we strive to accurately identify spam and scam calls, our Service is not perfect and may occasionally misclassify legitimate calls as threats or fail to identify actual threats. You should use your own judgment when determining which calls to return.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6.2 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Current pricing is available on our website and mobile applications. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account.

6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or device's app store. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at scammerblock.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAMMERBLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use
